Women and Epilepsy

Epilepsy Toronto presents a webinar with guest speaker, Dr. Ginette Moores who covers topics such as contraception, pre-pregnancy planning, menopause, the impact of medications on women, and other pertinent issues affecting women living with epilepsy.

Dr. Moores is a neurologist with expertise in women’s neurology, obstetrical neurology, epilepsy and electroencephalography (EEG). Her clinical interests have focused on the provision of sex and gender-specific neurological care with a special focus on preconception counselling and management of neurologic conditions during pregnancy.
