I love the 4 question concept. I started eating guacamole on cumcumber slices as an alternative to avacadoe on toast, my body and spirit was much more prepared for the day. Give Thanks Mindful Plate

These are all extremely solid and great advice tips for dieting. Going to be trying these. I think meal prepping can also help - cooking and storing food meals every few days.

I LOVE the idea of bringing your own to-go container to restaurants! I mean, I bring my own bags to the grocery store - why not bring my own to-go container (#genius). I'm thinking just knowing it's in my bag will put me in the mindset that I don't have to eat it all, I can enjoy it at home. Even if I don't remove any of the food in advance. Thanks for the amazing idea, Shelley! 🙂❤

Excellent tips! What you didn't mention about portioning restaurant meals right away is that you get to enjoy it all again for another meal at home a couple of days later!

Hey! i have some questions since Im overweight at 14... So pretty much i don't eat a lot of meals, but too big portions. I eat till im full, but that brought me here at this weight. For example, if my mom is making lasagne, and if i eat just a little, then I feel like the rest is waisted. The rest of my family doesn't eat it since its gluten free lasagne. I am really insecure and really hate how i look, get bullied too.
