Section 21 is a must for landlords. Once it's gone tenants will not pay. As the delays in the court system will cost some smaller landlords their property's. The number of bad landlords is a small minority. Why should the majority who are good landlords pay for the minority of bad landlords. 👎

Less rental stock but potentially more small affordable properties for sale for first time buyers or renters. Could be a positive.
