While we are trying to switch from AutoCAD to DraftSight. Found a few big problems with DraftSight. The update attributes is not tied into the REGEN command. The separate UPDATEBLOCKATRIBUTES command does not have a select all function. Why would a CAD user ever what to leave an attribute not updated? This is business critical to how title blocks function.

I think it's hard to give an unbiased comparison when you are selling one of the products.

Draftsight is the WORST. The price is about the only benefit. I hate the AutoCAD killed my old working perpetual license. The only reason Draftsight is seeing any traction is because AutoDesk went to expensive subscription only model.
