Set in a neighborhood in Providence, Brasa Y Chifa is the latest concept from the passionate chef behind the beloved Peruvian restaurant, Los Andes. In his latest project, he's taken the concept of a Peruvian ‘brasa’; and Cantonese influenced ‘chifa’ to the Ocean State in a fast casual concept. And while it’s served quickly- this food takes time to prepare.
