I have a question on the rule right below the chart in the rulebook. It's says for each subsequent gen 4 butterfly score an additional 2 points. Can someone elaborate??

Okay, so I read the rulebook and watch your vid. I still don't understand why a player can't just linger south on the board close to Michoacan through all the seasons?

Are you allowed to level up a generation 2 butterfly to a 3 while you still had a generation 1 on the board that could be leveled up to a generation 2 (and you had the generation 2 in your hand). I would want to do this, wanting to just let the game level me up to the 2 as a freebie at the end of the round instead of having to spend tokens to do it while at the same time being to level up other butterflies to the more valuable higher levels.

Or... are you only allowed to level up sequentially, using up all butterflies of that number before moving up to the next number.

So is it mandatory to move the amount of spaces that a card says to move, or can you move fewer spaces? In example, if you play the card that allows you to move five spaces land once, do you HAVE to move all five spaces, or could you move three spaces and land once?
