I look at cars and wonder - who is buying? The prices on these things - while obviously some can, I just can not justify them. I'll stick with my truck that is paid for, get good enough fuel econ and enjoy the new vehicles as they come out.

These high prices is what you get when you want all the bells and whistles. Not to mention when you want better materials and build quality. People complained that US cars were inferior to the European counter parts and while it was true in the 90s and such it also meant they were a lot cheaper. Now everyone wants the "German" quality with the American price point and it's just not realistic.

While I can afford to pay that price, I find NO justification to pay that amount! It’s better to wait and let someone else take the depreciation value off for me. They are long lasting reliable SUVs. I’ll pick mine up at 50k miles thanks....
New Trucks and SUV prices are skyrocketing.

Good resource, I think it’s incredibly frustrating that you still cant even option adaptive cruise control on anything except the top luxury trims that cost $70k+, but on something like a $17k corolla it comes standard.
