Please, please, don't be unfair to Barbara O'neal.
If you pay attention, she hardly says anything at all in this video. She only appeared at the very beginning, for a few seconds.
This man speaks for her and keeps showing her photographs.
Actually, I'm absolutely fed up with this kind of videos, fake videos. It should be forbidden for being very misleading.

Barbara's videos are a joy to watch; a lot of good, sound, and reliable info about health .

And by the way, she's never introduced herself as a Doctor. She isn't an MD and never pretends she is.

My Aunt is 85 and sbhe takes two cups of coffee with milk and sugar. She is enjoying better health. I take mid morning black coffee once a day just a medium size cup. I am 70. Thanks be to God for good health to people

My mother drank black Maxwell house every morning of her life. Passed away at 99 from a lung infection in her one good lung (lost one lung to tuberculosis in her 40's)...no dementia, cancer, etc!

Everything is killing us!....our food, water, and the very air we breathe is shortening our life every day. If I have my two cups of coffee in the morning and it kills me quicker I'm ok with that...gets me home that much sooner✝️⬆️

Well, my father is 92 and has been drinking coffee his entire adult life . He has one cup in the morning and one in the evening. He has no cognitive issues, still drives and gets around physical pretty well . And has a couple of beers daily in the afternoons .

I am 78, I love my x2 cups of black coffee everyday, I add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
have been drinking coffee since the age of 15... I don't use any pharmaceuticals, so
far I am ok, I have made it to now, we all have to leave the earth plane, more than ready

Coffee is a double-dip of acid production ... first, because in itself, it is acidic. Then the caffeine causes the pituitary to dump acid into the stomach. I haven't had a cup of coffee in literally 50 years.

Dr William Li (Lee) recommends drinking coffee for anti aging benefits but only drink it in tbe morning with control. Coffee has its benefits too. Do not drink coffee in the late afternoon, evening or night before you sleep. Dr William Li is a well qualified specialist research doctor who believes in food as medicine and he has many helpful teaching you tubes too such as anti cancer diets etc. I am not addicted to coffee and I only drink it once in a while. I drink it with goat milk and very little organic raw sugar. It is okay to drink coffee with self discipline.

Here in the comments everyone is talking about a relative or grandma who drank coffee to an old age! However, I worked for a Urologist in the Lab for several years and the first thing he advised patients to do who came in with Kidney stones, Frequent Urination, bladder infections and such is to Stop all Caffeine! Now why would he advise that??? It's exactly what is discussed here. The reason our grandparents and older family lived so long is they didn't have all the Micro plastics and horrible ingredients in their food. They had more natural diets and didn't eat out all the time or slam down sodas like we do. Sure, they had coffee, but most drank it black! I remember my grandma drinking coffee too, but it wasn't EVERY DAY!! a few times a week.

Apparently, my body (72) can no longer tolerate the toxic molecules of caffeine. I got off of coffee 7 months ago to reduce ingested caffeine. This helped to reduce urinary frequency at night (nocturia) which greatly improved sleep. Now, I have stopped ingestion of all caffeine which has further helped to reduce urinary frequency.

Stop criticizing and thank God that despite your addictions to coffee(and it is addictive as Coca Cola). Others have problems with coffee. Let the truth get out without your criticisms.
Again thank the Lord you are your relatives are not affected. We will all leave this earth one way or another.
