The rankings are based on the following criterias: Academic Reputation, Employer Reputation, Faculty Student, Citations per Faculty, International Faculty, International Students, International Research Network, Employment Outcomes, Sustainability.

The data shown here includes rank, overall score and the ranking increased/decreased compared to the one in 2023 (i.e., +1 denotes ranking increased by 1 place, -1 denotes ranking decreased by 1 place, - denotes no changes, and . denotes it is not evaluated in 2023).

No genuine academician takes these rankings too seriously. All these different rankings work in a complimentary manner as a team. Lot of junk Universities from China are placed on top while genuinely top Universities in Germany, Russia, etc. are marginalized. While there is a lot of politics in Nobel Prizes yet some genuine deserving people have won this Prize. China to this day has only one Prize in science for work done in China that of Tu Youyou, Even that work was mediocre! Then there are tiny schools like the Rockefeller University, Caltech, Cooper Union, etc. which are a class apart and only meant mainly for geniuses which are not in the domain of usual universities. In the end to make a choice of an institution a student must consult a genuine expert in that academic subject.
