Have been to Hong Kong 20 times, the first time in the early 90's. Then it was really cheap there. Big difference from now unfortunately. But the town is absolutely wonderful and will be back again as soon as all restrictions are gone.

get fried rice in 30 HK Dollars???? wow... I born and grow up in Hong Kong, don't even know there is a place charge that cheap... usually 50-60 HK Dollars for having that in a cheap local restaurant. around 100ish in a dim sum restaurant that usually takes fried rice making more seriously.
