Ask the Derm - How often should I change my pillowcases?

Hello this is dr. Steve again for Ask the Derm and the question is how often should you change your pillowcases? And of course when the answers to that question would revolve about how dirty your facial skin is. How often you clean the skin of your face. Ok, if you clean every night chances are you're going to go to bed with a clean face and there's no great necessity to wash your pillow cases every day, every
other day, every third day ,every fourth day. If you go to bed with makeup on. If you're a construction worker and you don't overly wash your face, yeah it might be a good idea to change your pillowcases, wash your pillow cases more frequently. Again, this is dr. Steve for Ask the Derm.
