"we might get through everything on the first attempt" and the 001's mind reaction was like "Well where's the fun in that? Let me..."

1:35 Not even the Frontman could believe he was that good at the game. I really believe his reaction was genuine.

The music fading at 2:20 never fails to get me😂😂😂

I love how they incorporated comedic elements into the second season, this scene makes you forget that the show is a survival thriller lol I like to think that In-Ho was legitimately having fun for the first time in years

The fact the frontman "Plus, we have the previous winner with us." to reassure the team and smile is just wholesome and cool

The teamwork between the front man and Gi Hun and his allies is really remarkable considering they are unknowingly enemies on different sides

Love how 222 (Pregnant) is having trouble walking and 390 (Gi-hun's friend) is always checking if she's OK from beginning to the end of this game. Great details.

Some people dont like the happier/unserious scenes in this season but honestly I loved them, especially this scene. It shows the players bond together and adjusts the calm before the storm. It makes the darker scenes much more impactful.

Did you guys know 001 spinning top scene had be retaken several times because he would always perfect in 1st attempt while the scene was to deliberately make it fail. Absolutely loved season 2 it was mix of everything very wholesome. Can't wait for season 3! ❤️🇳🇵

This Song is "for You" is a song performed by the vocalist of a legendary Korean rock band during their debut at the 1988 College Music Festival. It remains a beloved song among Koreans, with just its intro evoking deep emotions. Even today, it is an indispensable track for various cheerleading performances.

I headcanon that the team's excitement genuinely got to frontman's head and wanted to join in on the fun by having the game be more challenging by playing with his weaker hand. So his frustration was actually his genuine feelings lmao. But then he saw the clock and realized he had to lock in

This show is just class. This scene and the whole of the mingle game is class. The music is class, the way it stops when 001 misses and it's dead silent when he's trying to spin it, then the music continues when he finally spun it. I hope the director gets every known award thrown at him because everything is class. The scenery, the cast, Everything!!! This season is the perfect carry on from the first session. Love it! 🫰

Can't believe no one mentioned the flawless gong gi. I can watch that again and again, it was like magic.

A true masterclass of multi-layered performance by Lee Byung-hun, the actor portraying In-Ho/the Front Man. On the one hand he's clearly Gi-Hun's adversary and archenemy, ideologically opposed to his philosophy. Yet he's also ambivalent, a part of him even grateful for what Gi-Hun stands for, and in his apparent alliance with Gi-Hun, a part of In-Ho even genuinely sympathizes. So Lee has to portray this complex internal tug-of-war, connect up with In-Ho's bitter history -- how he was a good and honorable cop, embittered by what he saw as betrayal on the outside that (to him) exceeds the nightmarish circumstances within the Squid Game -- and at the same time show character development. All with subtle gestures and glances as much as words, concisely showing the inner turmoil you'd otherwise have to write an essay to convey.

The song is perfect for this scene haha. Big credit to the showrunners displaying so much of korean culture in one scene.

When Daeho said they might get through everything on first attempt, I just knew that’s when the tables were gonna turn 😂

Reply 1988 song in the background made this even better, the cutoff when he missed was hilarious 😂😊

best scene in the entire season that song was just 10/10 lmao and the way they all nailed the challenges until In-ho was so good you just know something is gonna happen at some point considering how good it's going with that song in the background :D absolute perfection
