I'm Polish and apparently (according to my teen son) this is how I pronounce suitcase. Today is my birthday and my hubby gave me a set of suitcases as a gift. My son then asked me if I liked my suitcase, made fun of my accent and showed me this video. Cheeky bugger!

The little guy is so cute with the Slovenian accent. It is great that he was taught his mother's language when he so young, the best time to learn. I had a very discernible Ukrainian accent when I came to the USA at 7 years of age. The other schoolchildren and event the teachers teased me cruelly. Today, I know English far better than most Americans, along with 6 other languages. Laughing at others for an accent is not only mean spirited, it also shows disrespect for others.
