Suddenly locks his phone so I can't see anything. Coming home immediately washing clothes and showering. Denies meds he is taking are for STDs and just didn't think I'd care about some ear infection or whatever despite him going to a completely different doctor. Denies everything when I try to ask. Not in my experience. Every single one of them lied to my face and told me they loved me and would never cheat on me. Cheating women have no remorse. Your instincts will tell you something is wrong, just pay attention to their behavior. If you intend to catch them (good luck) try to get evidence before you confront them. If you confront them too early, they'll know you're on to them and they'll take extra care to hide any evidence. Plus, even when you have evidence and show it to them, they'll likely still deny any wrongdoing. Regardless if she's cheating or not, if your relationship has reached the point you think she might be cheating, trust has somehow been compromised and that's not good for any relationship. If you want to avoid stress and drama, best to stay single.

Daily routine changes: As a career minded person In the corporate environment I invariably work late. I never noticed her coming home late but I later found out she often collected our son late from pre-school. They eventually complained about this.

Dont forget self depreciation when confronted. Eg: "i have issues from my ex" or " i put up walls" eg: its all my fault etc...

... while somehow blaming you for not paying enough attention, or not being 'good' enough.
