Next, a heartfelt thank you to all of you who've been following and supporting our journey, we're truly grateful! The upcoming update is huge, it's like a whole new game. It will bring a story campaign to the main game mode, revamped PvP modes, better sounds, a novel character packaging system, fresh maps, foes, weapons, and a completely redesigned user interface and lobby system. Single player story mode is literally the thing holding me back from this game. I’ve loved the look of it for years, so once that’s in I’d love to give it a try!

As I loaded up Hypercharge Unboxed, I was immediately drawn in by its unique concept. Stepping into the shoes of an action figure battling against an army of enemy toys brought back nostalgic memories from my childhood. The attention to detail in the game's graphics and environments truly made me feel like I was part of an epic toy war.

What truly impressed me was the cooperative multiplayer mode. Joining forces with my friends, we formed a squad of action figures, working together to defend against hordes of enemy toys. The coordination and communication required made for an exhilarating and immersive experience. Customizing our characters with different accessories and unlocking new weapons added a layer of personalization to our toy soldier team.

The gameplay mechanics were smooth and responsive, allowing me to quickly switch between weapons and execute precise shots. The variety of weapons available ensured that combat never felt repetitive, as I experimented with different strategies to overcome the enemy's defenses.

If you’re a fan of first-person shooters and have a fondness for toys, Hypercharge Unboxed is a delightful game that offers an imaginative twist on the genre.

I was onboard as soon as you mentioned you can play against bots. As someone that still occasionally cracks out Timesplitters 2 and Perfect Dark for a bit of multiplayer against the in-game bots, having them does absolute wonders for the longevity and replayability of a game (imo).

The timing of this is uncanny- I was literally yesterday suggested the opening scene of small soldiers on YouTube- which I duly watched for a sweet nostalgia hit and thought "i should try that toy shooter game on the switch". Now you guys drop this reminder today- Universe, I hear you loud and clear!

This game has aged like fine wine... i still have fun with this title all the time... i love the toy story style deathmatches!!

I think it’s great that the developer is updating rather than re-releasing, and it’s good that Switch-Up covers it like this so people who had forgotten or overlooked it in the past are reminded and can see the added value.

This is a great update. Still believe this is the best shooter on switch currently. Would have loved a more defined update of when the new content is releasing but incredible that a small team has remained this dedicated. Truly has potential to be a massive hit.
