My school teacher is using InputStreamReader class in every program without any reason. Whenever we ask him why is he doing so he says that this way is easier than Scanner class. But I think that taking input using Scanner class is easier and also it is being strictly followed by the council.

for the different ways to give input in java there is 4acording to the icse textbook
-by using assignment statements
-by using function arguments (blue j systems)
-by using inputstreamreader class
-by using scanner class

According to new Syllabus no String based program is coming in Section B...
Mam so I want to ask that Program based on toUpperCase, toLowerCase and many more which we had done in chapter Library Classes is also not coming as a program or only methods which we had done in Ch. String Handling is not coming....
