"I went with Cameroon's N'Kono" is an iconic statement

The lack of Maldini in these teams really has me scratching my head

Absolutely laughin with tears in my eyes when I clocked that JJ secretly searched (19:45) for Neeskens and actually got Neeskens Kebano of Fullham isntead of Johan Neeskens lmaoo

You should recreate these teams in Football Manager and do another tournament

I love how the differences between each computers speaks alot of their personalities

I'm surprised Alex didn't have Socrates in his team. With the vibe and feeling he went for, he'd slot in perfectly.

JJ's team - most modern take
Alex's team - most nostalgic take
Seb's team - lemme google these names....

More All-Time XI's would be great. Premier league, Serie A, World Cup, 90's, 2000's, etc.

JJ was more like a eye-test football fan, Alex was the edgy statistician and Seb was splitting the difference. Definitely shows their personalities lol

This is the type of conversation you don't want to end. I appreciate the more left-field picks, because the nostalgic, personal ones make it fun, and some players deserve recognition they wouldn't get usually. I wouldn't be able to resist putting Gary Speed alongside Thomas Muller and Thierry Henry in my XI.

As an austrian, i've got to say i'm quite moved by the recognition Konrad Laimer gets here :)

lev yashin the only goalkeeper in history to win the balon d'or.
I personally haven't seen him play but my father did and he said yashin was insane, not only an unbeatable wall but also a fierce leader.

Was disappointed not to see Ibrahima Sangare in Alex's team 😅😔

Seb: You're not taking this seriously _Alex_
Alex: Yeah?! Well here's my bibliography.

Love this kind of fan conversation, so refreshing compared to the standard 'my club is better than yours' or 'this player was better than this player' kind of fan debate. Really interesting how everyone had different reasons for picking players based on nostalgia, impact, personality, etc. Also taught me a lot about certain players I barely knew

Really happy to see a Garrincha shout-out. The dude's highlights and the way he was described at the time are just something else.

That Capello Scudetto winning Roma team was something else - Antonioli, Cafu, Samuel, Zago, Aldair, Candela, Tommasi, Emerson, Totti, Delvecchio and Batistuta

Lahm. What a full back. First time I watched him was Germany’s opener vs Costa Rica in 06 WC and scored that amazing rocket shot. Every now and then I think about it. Absolute class. Believe he went his entire career without a single red card too.

JJ's team was by far the best! Picking nostalgic obscure players is fine for one or two positions but not for a whole team. Honestly, if these teams played everyone in their prime it would be a slaughtering.

Love the wide range of legends of this beautiful game being mentioned here.
