How to make StoryClock:
Step 1: get a piece of paper
Step 2: take a cup/glass
Step 3: place the glass face down on the paper
Step 4: draw an outline of the circle made by the circle
Step 5: realize that you can't draw a circle and fund the StoryClock kickstarter
Step 6: wait for the StoryClock to ship to your house
Step 7: profit

I just ordered the Notebooks and the workbooks. I'm working on things for a couple of YouTube channels. Thank you for these videos. Pretty cool

HOLD UP I GOT IDEA THAT COULD MAKE THIS SO MUCH BETTER SETHHHH!
Ok so your product has the obvious issue that, although it is a great idea, story clocks can be created in 30 seconds for free as I'm sure has been pointed out for you. However, if you created some kind of digital platform for SHARING story clocks and by buying the book you get an account on this platform, you could create an invaluable community based on this method of planning. Story clocks take time to fill in but through sharing knowledge (ie being able to search or the clocks of their favourite movies created by other members) everyone on the site could learn about story structure much much faster. I get your about to launch but if you could add this feature in the near future I promise this would help

I really enjoyed the bit where Seth was nerding out about breaking down films like Indiana Jones and Guardians. If you guys have an extended cut of your conversation, I don't think I'd be the only one interested in seeing that!

Aside - I wasn't really interested in seeing Wonder Woman, but those clips you showed @ the end look pretty fantastic and I'm totally into seeing it now!

I backed when it was about 200% funded. Now it's gone much farther. It's amazing, great job. I would also suggest buying his writing pack. I got it right when it came out, and am so happy with it.

The story clock is an absolutely stellar resource as a filmmaker. I just made a video about how I implemented it into my own script and I had a great time using the thing!

I'd pledged on this one long before this video. Actually picked this up as a gift to a writer friend. He'll get the books, I'll keep a copy of the PDF.

Love the matching but opposite microphones, lol - like, the good filmmaker vs the evil filmmaker. Yin & Yang 😂

Holy crap--the Storyclock idea is brilliant; it reminds me of, when working out blocking, drawing a bird's eye view of the scene.

I think the clock format is quite genius. I can't wait to get my booklets.

Thanks for the suggestion on Wonder woman. I was skeptical seeing the trailer but I'll have to give it a watch. Oh and the book thing looks cool too.
