As a man, I am super open about consuming ASMR content. I find it an amazing way to relax and I can only recommend it to other people. I like to compare it to whisky. There are people who say they don't like whisky, but there are so many types and flavour profiles that you can't say you don't like it, because there may be a kind out there that you would. Same with ASMR. Maybe ear eating or mukbang is not for you but soft spoken or tapping is. There are so many sounds out there that there has to be some that make you feel relaxed or tingle. There is no bad ASMR, only ASMR that is not for you.
