The best thing about Anime is the detailed mech art. I am constantly blown away by the incredible mechanical detail Japanese animation presents to the eye. It's never just a 'robot' in Anime, it's practically a living creature! And I'd love to draw my own mech but I continuously find myself intimidated by the detail I'd love to add. Detail breaths life into art.
