I can do this for two rounds while smiling plus I have finally developed a habit of workout. I feel fresh and excited to wake up in the morning to do your 15 minutes cardio, then I do your 5-minute arms workout when I take a break from my study and in the evening I do this. I used to blame my busy college schedule for not being able to work out regularly but honestly, I have got more work done in the past two weeks than I had done in the past two months. Start small, develop a habit and gradually make it a lifestyle. Thank you Madfit!
