The number of troops under Shang’s command continuously decreases through the film without ever taking any casualties.

Number 2
Mulan’s helmet flies off when she is taken away in the avalanche, but when the army leaves her, the helmet appears next to her.

Number 3
When Mulan is dressed as a concubine, she has a green fan, but when she pulls her fan out to disarm Shan-Yu, it’s yellow.

Number 4
When Mulan leads the guys to knock over everyone waiting in line for rice, everyone’s bowl spills rice like everyone already had it.

Number 5
When the guys rush to help Mulan against the Huns, Yao’s sword is curved like a scimitar, but in the next shot, it’s straight.

The troops disappearing I think was the result of them being sent home because they didn't fit the standards

Could be they were each contributing rice to a communal pot, this would explain why the rice they held poured out individually, but the rice in the pot spilled like a white liquid.

maybe the people in line are waiting to get more rice or maybe they are not waiting to get rice maybe it something else because when the pot falls what inside looks more like white liquid rather than bunch of rice
