My wife is type 1 diabetes and I make the smoothie for her as well and no huge spikes in blood sugar. We actually go to farm's here in va and pick blackberries, blueberries and strawberries. We even have the grandkids picking them with us.

I make blackberry blueberry raspberry and strawberry smoothies loaded with plant-based protein and creatine in the mornings I cannot believe the difference on how motivated I am in the morning I have to wake up at 4:30 to be at work at 6:30
