EU4 but ISLAND NATIONS are MEGA OVERPOWERED

In today's Europa Universalis IV (EU4) video we will be buffing every island nation that is less than 5 provinces in the entire world. This should let interesting borders happen, especially considering how many different countries will receive the buff!

I'd like to see a game where all countries below a certain size (say, 10 provinces) get crazy bonuses, but as soon as they go over that limit, the bonuses go away. Might be fun to see countries grow and shrink constantly.

I seen sometimes the irish minors be allied either with France or Britain and sooner or later they get vassalized by them and then get annexed so thats why France maybe owned random province in ireland.

what about creating a scenario from history that almost happened or could have happened if circumstances were right. So for example if Charlemagne had married Irene of the Byzantine Empire. What if battle of Varna was won by the coalition, what if Scandinavia never adopted Catholic, the Mongol Empire surviving to 1444 etc.
I think you did some already, but dont remember which ones.

One of my recent games as Russia the main problem I had was fighting the commonwealth. Not the ottomans but the commonwealth and their Austria-hungary PU. Their mission tree is absolutely broken
