I have purchased tata altroz automatic petrol variant in Hyderabad. Not only the showroom delivered the vehicle with multiple defects but failed to fulfil the promise in 1st service. Also the car ends up giving a mileage of 10 kmpl in city traffic even after mileage test done at the service centre. The complaint is escalated to CEO of Jasper tata and regional customer service manager Mr. Vickram but none of them are taking any ownership to resolve it and acknowledge my communication atleast. Such a shame.
