I believe that the guy who voices this Buzz, Power Blaster Buzz, and Interactive Drop Down Buzz is Mike MacRae, he voiced Buzz in Kingdom Hearts, and he sounds very similar

I have a variant of this Buzz that has some of the phrases from past thinkway buzz lightyears but still keeps the song the ultimate buzz

I really wish YouTubes would mention the price point of the cool toys they review. If you're watching the video when the toy is still in stores you know if it's worth buying or not, and if you're watching it 5 or 7 years in the future it's a nice reference point/ Time capsule fun fact. The worst part is that as the years go by even the YouTuber that made the video forgets the exact price point, and can't answer the question in the comments section when someone asks.

The fact that he is missing articulation, laser and some paint....I don’t know I don’t think this is worth the price unlike the 2009-2010 Buzz
