I was talking to this black man once and he randomly said his type was a girl who looks like ICE SPICE and he just kept going on and on about how light she was. He said you're light skin but you're not THAT light skin. So I just said then you need to go find someone who looks like that cause im not wasting my time on you. He clearly wanted me to be insecure about my skin tone which was NEVER gonna happen.

My ex used to do this to me all the time. It was intentional. He did it to incite jealousy and to mess up my self esteem.

My husband’s brother in law worked at a construction sight and I once watched him sit and tell his wife how hot another woman was that he worked with. When he described this woman she did not look like his wife ( my sister in law). I felt like it was very disrespectful but when I said something about it I was the crazy one. I also dealt with my own soon to be ex husband talking about other women in front of me. I’d beg him to stop and tell him how it felt he didn’t gaf at all. It only made me feel worse about myself. So glad I left. Being alone is much better than dealing with disrespect such as that.

I hope every young woman and girl that pedestalizes marriage and relationships realizes that this is the reality of most relationships. Most men will never only be sexually attracted to only you and most times they will cheat and overstep boundaries.

This has me FUMING. I had an ex when I was 17 we were on a date and he openly said how much of a big ass she had and she looked better than me. I got so jealous and angry because I was underweight at the time and had body image issues. Thank God I no longer have to deal with this disrespect. At this point leave these men alone because they do not care once their second head gets pleased. It will forever be about HIM always. I do not think I can stomach this video because it brought me back to that awful time.

My ex would stare at women every time we went out since the beginning of dating. Those women looked totally different than me. I remembered him not even looking at me for 2 seconds. Meanwhile, he would stare at other women for 10 seconds at least. I am glad I learned my worth.

I see I’m the only guy here. I’ll be honest; I was that guy. I was into social media for the bad stuff and I was doing exactly what the Dr. said in this clip. Everything to a T. When she walked out that door it hurt. It is a form of cheating men… emotional cheating. I did shut down and delete my social media, and then the other day she sent me this clip. Yes weeks ago I did wallow in my guilt of anger and depression because I lost someone beautiful that God blessed me with. Guys; put your pride to death and watch this through their eyes and emotions; I guarantee you will take a deep look at yourself. We never think until it’s too late. Yes I’m working things out, because I do love her and it will be hardwork and effort in everything I fell short in to prove by actions alone I can change. But o do recommend all men stop and watch this and understand stand this. Don’t just watch 2 minutes, watch the whole thing then self- reflect. This did open my eyes up to see and understand what women see and how they feel… and it didn’t feel good. I did save this to my favorites. Thank you for this…
