This tale by Charles Dickens is one of the best of all time. I've enjoyed this and many other versions. It reminds me that the spirit of God is at work within all of us no matter where our circumstances place us!

I think this and the 1951 are the best, hands down. George Scott was excellent in this!

The amount of pride Fred would’ve felt. When he heard the words. I see the shadow of my sister in your face.

Just brilliant, everyone associated with the production of this masterpiece, including Charles Dickens.
What a heart-touching story! The better version of Scrooge made me cry more than I believed I was capable of!
And what about George Scott as the lead actor? What an actor he is. I think I will not be far from the truth in saying that he played out his part to perfection.
There is so much to learn from this classic. I just wish that I could do a little more to make this world of ours better and brighter.
God bless the producer, the director and all those responsible for making such a wonderful movie, and EVERYONE.

In a role like this George C. is hard to match let alone beat. This is the best film version of the greatest novel ever written.
