my favorite holiday memory is from the christmas right before my grandpa died. he had cancer and he left the hospital to spend his last couple of days with us. I remember being about 7 and not understanding what was going on with my grandpa. honestly I thought he had some sort of a cold. I thought it would pass in a day or two. but the part I remember as being my favorite was when I opened my gift from him. I was so happy to see that I got exactly what I wanted, and the look of happiness, of satisfaction filled his eyes. that's why this was my favorite memory. the look of pure happiness in his eyes warms my heart to this day. I love you mere ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My favourite christmas memory was when i found out that my mom was pregnant and that my dad would finally come home for two full months (he is working abroad and we only see him twice a year ) . I can't wait for my family to be reunited again this Christmas! <3

Tip for waking up early:
Don't stay up past midnight. Your sleep quality will be waaayyy better if you go to bed before midnight.
Set the alarm at 8 or 9 am and when the alarm goes, it's okay to snooze one time. But when it goes again, use your phone. The screen will wake you up. Also try to sit up as soon as you can.
If you're a coffee drinker, make a cup fast!

I think my FAVORITE holiday memory was back when I was little and had just started getting into the idea of holiday giving. I was around 7 and my family had decided to begin volunteering at shelters and what not. I had the idea to make food for the firemen and policemen who had to work on christmas day (I also cried because I love christmas and thought it was dumb that they had to work) . We made them homemade tamales and hot cocoa; but when we dropped them off was what made this memory. The firemen were actually so incredibly happy and some policeman actually let me ride in his police car. I've made homemade tamales and hot cocoa for my neighborhood hero's ever since then. I understand how hard they work and how hard it is to not be with family on such a loving day. It's amazing how doing simple little things out of appreciation and love can create such amazing memories and smilies. I'm so happy you mentioned that christmas wasn't all about receiving gifts and what not because it's so much more than that.

My favorite Christmas memory was 2 years ago, My grandfather has always been sick most of my life he had MS (Multiple Sclerosis) so he wasn't always able to do the things that normal grandpas do. but this certain Christmas, he was doing really well! My whole family was over at my grandparents house on Christmas Eve, listening to Christmas music and talking. My grandpa asked my grandma to dance with him and it is one of my favorite memories, he was so well and happy and it just makes me happy thinking about it now :) this year is my first Christmas without him. it's going to be very hard but when I think about the memories it makes me forget the hardships and remember the good parts of his life I spent with him! If anyone read through this, thank you! Merry Christmas! <3

My favorite winter memory is when I first saw snow. I live in a tropical climate, so I NEVER get any snow in my area. When I was 9, my family and I went to Canada for Christmas to visit relatives, and they had a BUNCH of snow. I WAS SO It was a real dream come true kind of moment, I played in that cold, white, beautiful snow for hours on end, until I got a bad frostbite. I would go home, warm up for about an hour, and right back out I would go. My cousins thought I was crazy, but I always had a unique connection with snow. Love u Mere!!

My favorite holiday memory was when my stepbrother came home from the army to surprise my family, we were not expecting it because he said he wasn't going to be able to come home but when he came we had a great time and it was wonderful to see him after so long my mom was so happy to see him and so was I 💕
