push button win + r or press "start" and write "run" open and write regedit

LocalizedString rename to old.LocalizedString
and create new one expandable string value and rename to LocalizedString. then open LocalizedString and write %computername% and %username% save and refresh your desktop.
warning be careful with regedit, because you can damage your operating system. before you make a change rename old files or create export.
