Found 1 fact from Abhishek Raj's blog on LinkedIn, SEBEX-2 is based on ICL-20 explosive ( Most lethal Non-nuclear explosive, developed by DRDO, Pune decade ago, around 2010, this explosive 15 times more powerful compared to HMX ) .
After discovering this fact, expectation is, increase in Speed of Missiles (Pralay, Brahmos) required for more damage.
