Kick-Ass 2 interview: Aaron Taylor-Johnson on Jim Carrey, The Avengers and Godzilla

Aaron Taylor-Johnson talks Kick-Ass 2, Jim Carrey and the prospect of playing Quicksilver in The Avengers: Age of Ultron. On the film Taylor-Johnson explained why it is better than the first one: "It's got more superheroes, more crazy costumes and more fight sequences. There's more heart and emotion, it's a rollercoaster ride."

Taylor-Johnson also had nothing but praise for co-star Jim Carrey: "He is incredibly funny and a master of characters".

The actor also confirmed he is still in talks with Joss Whedon, the director of The Avengers: Age of Ultron about a role in the film.

Kick-Ass 2 hits UK cinemas on August 14th. Report by Andrea Lilly.

Redmax86, I was just thinking about that the other day. I think Aaron could play Christian Grey because of that edgy character he portrayed in the film "chatroom". If no one seen it, check it out and you'll understand why. That energy/look is the same energy/look I imagine Christian Grey having.
