I will complete an OSCP, OSEP like lab, that i created.
What you can expect:

Great lab and video!
I think that getting a reverse shell from the second subnet is not so easy.
Usually to do that it envolves putting a listener on the first machine and then forward that to Kali.
The flow is something like machine2 -> machine1 -> Kali
