BroLifts Two - REST API Specs and Rails JSON REST API

Welcome to Part 2 of a long series where we build a lifting application called BroLift. In this video we will create our REST API spec using a tool called Swagger. Once our specs are done we create the Rails JSON REST API using rails generators to get started and, talk about some cool flags you can pass into them. After the app is generated we then work on setting up our MVC to list/create/show/update/delete program groups and programs. We use cool tools such as: accepts_nested_attributes_for and dependent_destroy. Once the app is done being built we jump into a tool called Postman and build our first program group and programs!
