Learned a lot while portraying Ian in this video. I hope this informative video will help prevent accidents in the future! Drive safe!

Why am I crying while taking my driving course? I nominate this for most emotional and impactful short film of the year.

One of the questions in my drivers ed quiz was “What is big bear’s real name?”
This info was integral to me becoming a skilled driver

I was recently hit by a car whilst on my motorcycle, due to the driver failing to give way at a roundabout.
Spent the next two weeks bed ridden, and over 2 months on crutches - it has been 4.5 months since, and I have still not recovered completely and am now out of work.

All the driver ever said to me was "didn't see you" while I was laying on the ground in the middle of the road. Not even a sorry. He's probably forgotten about the whole incident and continues to live his life, but for me, I'm reminded with literally every step that I take.

I wish every PSA could have this production quality

The State of Washington knocked it out of the park with this PSA.
It would be great if they put it on TV in 30 to 60 second PSA's, the viewers would be hooked and waiting for the next episode.

This was an emotional rollercoaster from the beginning to the end

As a Motorcycle Safety and Awareness instructor for ABATE of Illinois, I applaud this video and the folks involved in getting it produced.  This is one of the best, hard hitting, get into the kid's head videos I've seen.  I have shared this on my Facebook page and asked everyone I know to do the same.  Awareness is the key to preventing motorcycle accidents and this video hammers the reasons why home like no other I've seen, including the one we use for our classes. The only thing I might quibble with is the motorcyclist could have more appropriate safety gear but that is a different conversation.  Good job.

In driver's ed we watched a video involving corpses and real people and I was completely unphased, but I know bikers and my dad was one. They're good people. The gore didn't keep me up, it's me fucking crying over some fictional dude named Randy.

Randy: oh, you’re approaching me? Instead of staying in your lane, you’re coming right to me?
Ian: I can’t crash into you without getting closer.
Randy: HOHO! Then come as close as you like.
Randy: THE WOLRLD! 0:56

"Hey Ian, I really should have more gear on. Preparing for your mistakes is part of my responsibility as a rider. Take me to the nearest place where I can buy something that is gonna make this hurt less and possibly even save my life. I'll teach you some stuff on the way about driving around motorcycles." - Big Bear AKA Randy

RANDY NO. In my drivers Ed class I almost died of laughter and the teacher was laughing at Randy’s death as well.

Why does Randy have to get back on his bike tho? I feel like there could be a way to escape that limbo and somehow reset time while avoiding the situation
