why is it being sent out to CARRIER-LOCKED phones first before unlocked? I have Sprint as well, but I bought my s9+ outright so im not locked to a lease and it seems pretty shoddy customer service to release the update to carrier-locked/leased phones first. I cant seem to find ANY info on when I can expect to see it.
