12:35 for those who interested: that is a Shavarma. Kinda like a turk-ish Döner thing. Usually with chicken, some cabbage or salad and, optional, with cucumbers, tomatoes, even fried potatoes and some "sour cream" based sauce inside. Content actually really depends place by place, but that ingredients is most usual. Wrapped in thin sheet of wheat bread, which called "lavash", which also can be different. Red-ish with tomatoes, yellow-ish with cheese and et cetra
