Just checked out the list from US news (which would have been nice if it was actually listed in the vid description)

It's accurate those are good certifications, but a fair amount of them really do need a degree to back them up. Things like surgery tech, med assistant, med tech, pharm tech, nursing aid, can be earned in isolation, yeah, but likely isn't gonna score the higher bracket pay (or a job for that matter) without a science degree in any competitive county offering such jobs. These entail generally a physical science or health sciences degree. Most people with science degrees are already moving onto those certifications as well. Tho with a degree AND even one of those certifications and you're quite competitive

Im a pharmacy tech. I can say that, then when i got my license I only paid $2800. now in my state you need a degree for it costing you 20-40k. A big loan.

Pharm tech is only worth it if it's in a hospital.
