Even at safemoons best day the chart was insanely capital destructive. I don't see how people thought they could buy this and come out ok in any long term scenario when you could see it going straight down daily.

Parents are irrelvant. If he is free, he can flee. He can leave the country, get a new passport from another country, and live in the Carribean or elsewhere for the rest of his life. He has millions stashed overseas which he can access. He can also finance his parents lifestyle for the rest of their lives as well.

SBF had parents who one might have thought were upstanding citizens and now this fellow has parents who are former CIA ? Are we supposed to feel better? What if these parents didn't allow their sons to move back in? Do they pay rent or share expenses while there ther? Are the chores shared like cooking and cleaning? These guys think they are so important till there back at mom and dads.

About time I hear a good analysis, too much emotions from the other folks, but from a legal standpoint, we will see. The crypto realm has so evolved that kids can prove, beyond reasonable doubt that he is the mastermind. Those texts, the transcripts from the chapter 9(direct people to move funds), it’s a mess because that kid thought money equals power.
