I love Dr Radcliff ... I been going to the New York Eye for about 30 yrs Faithtully wont go any where else my Doctor IS the BEST gotta love him ❤❤❤

I go with my patient who is an orderly person.To see the eye doctor in the Bronx, area to see Dr.Radcliffe, sad to say that this doctor has no manners. He walks around like a pretty boy. He comes into the room. He does not introduce himself very unprofessional. He might be great at his work, but he has no respect for the people. I don’t know if it’s because of the community the blacks and Latinos that he treats people this way, but I have been going there for years now and I think he’s been there. Maybe like two years or more. He just comes in the room, does his job and walks out and if he’s with a colleague, he doesn’t even introduce the person he’s with truly very sad he’s unprofessional to treat people this way. I hope he gets to see this and changes his ways.He makes people feel uncomfortable. Cause I seen him do it to a lot of people every time I go. I thought we was the only ones he does it to. But Know every other person too. He talks to everybody that’s in practice they come to visit him or see him for advice and makes you wait.Truly sad.I don’t care how good you are. You need to be respectful, Say hello introduce yourself have some manners have some respect. At the end of the day you need us we pay you!!!
