Hey everyone!! Today I'm testing out a full face of Covergirl makeup!! In this one brand tutorial I'll try out a bunch of Covergirl products including their Clean Fresh Skin Milk Foundation, Concealer & Powder, their Trunaked Jetsetter Quad, Cheekers Blush, Lid Lock Up Primer, Perfect Point Plus Eyeliner Pencils, & Cream Lipstick in Honeyed Bloom. I found some hits & misses and I'll let you know what's actually good from the brand.

My biggest problem with Covergirl is that they seem to discontinue the products I love so quickly, while the products I feel nothing about seem to never die. I know that some of the products I am bitter about would look really dated now, but their original formula of the Trublend foundation was the only base product I ever used that blended into my skin seamlessly, while still filling in my acne scars, and they reformulated it and I'm still bitter about it, 15 years later. I guess I should just be resigned to the fact that my aesthetic and theirs don't mesh, so if I like one of their products, it is more likely that it will be discontinued to keep their products in line with their aesthetic.

Recently I LOVEDDD the healthy elixir powder from CG, of course it’s discontinued now lol. I’m currently panning it mixed with the dregs of an hourglass powder as a Franken-powder 🧟‍♂️

Cover Girl was my go-to brand in high school and college. I miss the Lipslicks glosses and Extension mascara. Today I love the Lashblast and Clump Crusher mascara. I'm currently trying their lash and br9w serum. It's about the only one I've found that doesn't sting the crap out of my eyes.

Covergirl was the first makeup I ever used starting in high school. The orange Lash Blast mascara was a long time favorite. Currently, I love the eye primer. It is the best one I’ve ever tried.

Those eyeliners in hunter green and burgundy are my favorite. I don't know if they're discontinued, but I can't find any other brand that compares. I think they were the first non black eyeliners I ever finished, that's how good they are.

I feel like Soft Sable might be easier to use on more light-to-medium skin tones - it looks natural and kind of bronzy on me (and it's still my best friend's favorite!). The CG products I keep repurchasing are the Cheekers blushes, the Exhibitionist mascara, and the pressed powders (they don't all smell like Noxzema!). I've been using the brand since before you were born (and my mother used it before I was born, LOL), so I will always have a soft spot for them, but their eyeshadows really need an update!

Cover girl outlast all day lip color is a good liquid lipstick that’s comfortable in my opinion

I have a Covergirl Outlast lipstick. It's a couple years old but still going strong. I wasn't aware they now make a matte lip color; I'd like to try it.

I love the Covergirl highlighter palette, also a lot of people love the single too, they have bronzers but I can’t speak to that formula, but I own the highlighter palette for fair to light skin in it’s lit

That soft sable blush only looked good when I had a tan. I could blend it better with my powder foundation or translucent powder to even it out. I loved your eye look.
