I'm a huge fan of using tools to help me become even more productive. My whiteboard is definitely one of the most impactful tools I've used to increase my productivity and help me crush my goals, build new habits and stay on track with my weekly tasks.

So, in this video, I'm going to break down the magic that is my whiteboard and give you an inside look of how I'm using it daily in order to build towards the life and business of my dreams.

Whiteboard Sections
1. Quarterly Goals (3 or 4)
2. Monthly Goals (3 or 4)
3. Habit Tracker
4. Purpose/vision, directs all your goals
5. Weekly To-Do's (Multiple columns for different categories, with sticky notes)
6. Done section (Collect completed tasks here, feels good)

I literally searched for this help and I’m shocked someone knows that somebody may be needing this at some point! ❤️ I’m too indecisive to choose whether I should make it as a daily tracker, a todo list, a reminder board when in fact, I can actually make all of these in one board by sectioning. A column I use i the “weekly quote” column. I find a quote that I resonate with and everytime I look up it gives me a that great reminder.

Very cool. I wrote out my notes to duplicate your areas but realized that changing the headings would work better for me. I make full and new moon intentions each month and will be incorporating those as well. I think it is probably still worthwhile to include quarterly goals. Still a work in progress. Thanks again!
