If you're a novice like most of the Rios bros fans, please DO NOT pay for a plan. You can find tons of free templates online for your goals that you can then tweek depending on your schedule and access to a gym. You really only need super specific, bespoke plans if you've been training for several years. And at that point, I would go to a dedicated MMA coach, dedicated football strength & conditioning coach, dedicated Powerlifting coach, etc. Depending on your goals, Rather than guys like mario and martin that don't have any athletes they can point to as examples of guys they have trained.

You should all around do your homework and do your own workout routines. It’s easier than you think. Just understand what a workout helps with and add it or remove it to your special needs. Youtube is a big help with tier lists and such

Instead of getting a plan. Find a coach to teach you the compound lifts. Do those and get results. Its not that hard. If you would train those lifts 3x a week you would get decent results. Giving you get your nutrition right too.
