From an Lymphatic Iridology perspective, he actually has a true "blue" eye with lots of sub acute and chronic inflammation which shows up as "yellow" and or "brown" . and from playschool we all know blue + yellow = green, however when you look at the amount of lymphatic congestion in the eye you loose the "blue" and they eyes become hazel.

So yes, in this instance his body is "on fire" however all know that exogenous hormone supplementation and other synthetics PED's "heat" you up with inflammation.

Sad part is that no one actually takes any natural lifter seriously unless he's massive. So of course, people who want a career on YouTube feel pressure to be huge. I firmly believe that the viewer is also a part of this problem. The average viewer wants them to be huge, to the point where they risk their own health.

Every time I see a post about this guy he's in the hospital smiling about having just had a heart procedure. That's the last thing any normal person would/should be happy about. Only a matter of time before these influencers start dropping like flies. Last year was a bad year for it, they just never learn. Sulek will be lucky to make it to his mid 40s. Joey probably doesn't have much time left given how many times he's been hospitalized already at this point.
