About 600 g Beets
1 dl mayonnaise
1 dl sour cream
0.5-1 tbsp mustard
3 krm salt
1 cream ground black pepper
300 g (about 2 pcs) red apples

Hej Viktor! I'm so happy I found your channel. Finally someone is making Swedish dishes in English. I love Swedish dishes and I miss them now that we can't travel to Sweden yet. Could you please do Pyttipanna if you haven't done that recipe already? Tack så mycket

Have you ever tried adding any herbs to it? Ya I know this is the traditional version...but it would also be cool if you showed a bit of your touch in a series of your own take to the classics?

We also make beet root salad for Xmas in Dominican Republic! But we add a few other things to it and we call it “Ensalada Rusa” which literally means Russian Salad! Now I’m wondering who made it first! Great video, thank you for sharing :)

Bra!! I just tried the Ikea version last week. It had apples in it and didn’t taste too bad. I’m sure if I tasted a homemade version it would be way better!
