i have python 3.6 (64) and pyqt5.6 (64)
*i try:
import sys
from PyQt5.QtWidgets import QApplication, QMainWindow
from PyQt5 import uic

*and get:
from PyQt5.QtWidgets import QApplication, QMainWindow
ImportError: DLL load failed: No se puede encontrar el módulo especificado.

need import the ui

Any suggestion how to run Riverbank's SIP on Windows? I'd like to convert a Qt (C++) widget over for use in PyQt. Haven't been able to find any video on this!

Didn't work for me, dll issue when executing "from PyQt5.QtCore import *"
What worked for me :
- first step ok : install Python 3.6.x from www.python.org

Works like a charm ...

note: if, like me, you followed the instructions of this video and encountered the same issue, it is probably wise to uninstall pyqt from add/remove programs, reboot, and then execute "pip3 install pyqt5" in Windows console.
