Great job!!!! I want to do this for our very old (but amazing condition) Lance Legend 880. My kind of humor by the way!! I've had 2 other campers with slides, love the room they give you but man when you have problems and leaks with them NO FUN!! (and costly!)

I e seen a monkey trying to caulk a basketball, and let me tell you it ain’t a pretty sight. Eventually the monkey gets frustrated and loses all control flinging it’s feces here and there, and generally making a mess. The tube of caulk winds up empty and you know once it dries it’s gonna be a bugger to get off. Have you ever tried to bounce a basketball covered in dried caulk and monkey feces? It’s just doesn’t go where you think it’s gonna go, and in any event you get monkey crap smeared all over your hand.

I still wonder on mine, It's so secure to the roof but there's still one screw holding the panel to each mount. I have the tiltable mounts for extra boost. Good for the boost but like Noelle, I can get squemish up there reaching around. I have a telescopic ladder to make this easier.
