Well if she's right then she's calling most black men and women racist, not to mention Asians, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean people, and Native Americans. Oh wait, did I forget Hispanics? Yeah, try dating a girl from a family of Hispanics who've never had a person outside their own race in the family. Good luck with that.

it is a preference, but a large amount of the time that preference originates from racism. if the roles are reversed and a Black person doesn’t want to sleep with white people, that is likely a safety or trauma thing. obviously, things would be different if actions and thoughts existed in a vacuum, separated from the world and history, but that’s not life. and that is not to say that people are obligated to sleep with people they don’t want to, it’s just saying that who you choose to sleep with can say something about you.

I've dated black girls. I enjoyed it, but I would have never married and had kids with one. I wanted my kids to look like me.

Using the race card against a white guy who wants to preserve his culture, people and way of life does not make him racist, it makes him ethnically proud, like a chinese man

i feel like having a preference towards your own race is fine, but something like what the person in the video said isn’t fine

Having a preference is one thing and you should never judge that, because it’s personal attraction. Nothing bad about it.
But sometimes preference is based on racism and that’s not okay!
It’s all about the background. Does somebody just for example like Caucasian features, because it’s their type, That’s okay! No judging of that.
But if your dislikes are based on racist opinions, it is not okay.
That’s messed up and you shouldn’t constantly promote racist based preference.

I hope, you get my point :)

It may be racist but who cares. I’m saying this as a black man that has been rejected all my life because of my race. You can’t shame someone into liking something they don’t. All is fair in love and war.

Dating is inherently discriminatory. People have their preferences. i still think that racial/ethnic preferences are weird though. Would a 10/10 thats black really be any different from a 10/10 that's not black?

she wrongly linked racial preference to racism. the guy she met talked about hate. It’s not about a preference. Treating certain race badly is problem. but preference is their own preference.
Everyone have their preferences about everything. Racial preference is just among them.

There's nothing wrong with preserving your culture, people and way of life...
I have never heard black people who only date black people being accused of being racist.

No it’s not racist but if you deny a black person they definitely would but any other race won’t

But when black people on twitter say they want to keep their "bloodline pure" and not "wash off the melanine" and shame interacial couples we're supposed to think its quirky and woke. 🧍‍♂️🧍‍♂️🧍‍♂️

There’s a difference between saying why you aren’t attracted to someone and saying that they aren’t a person

That’s is not racism that IS preference

Why would you want to date or be intimate with someone who feels that way about you in the first place? It’s not fair to pressure someone into a relationship with someone they’re not attracted to. While it’s important to express preferences respectfully, you can’t force attraction—it doesn’t work. They might sleep with you, but if the attraction isn’t there, you’re not going to change their feelings, and you shouldn’t want to. The key is finding someone who genuinely shares mutual attraction. It’s the same with trying to guilt men into dating someone fat and obese or trans gender that they’re not attracted to—forcing attraction doesn’t make it real.

Not liking certain features vs actual persecution are two different things.

In her case it was pure racism and hate towards black people called "preference". But I think there's a difference between saying "I would like to date .... " and saying "I will never date You can have preferences as long as you don't disrespect and don't put strict lines. I mean, I can like people with red hair but it doesn't mean I won't date someone with black or brown hair if I like them. Personally I prefer femenine looking guys, but I liked a lot of masculine guys because of their personality for example.

I guess I’m racist for having racial preferences, yet I treat everyone with respect.
