Awesome. I’ve been running a train game for my niblings every Christmas for the last few years. It’s loosely based on snow piercer, but it’s a train travelling out of baldurs gate, with a whole lot of improv thrown in. It works great because you can have every 3-5 cars effectively be a new dungeon, with new set pieces thrown in.

“That’s Railroading!” …. Yes. That’s the point! Limiting the scale and structure of your setting is a great story telling and improv strategy imo, sounds fun!
