Tx for this classic game. Watching some 26 years later. Love how the Doctor moved. Upload more of that please. Especially where we won.

I couldn't afford a television or radio during those days. I went to listen to a commentary of this game at a radio repair shop

I remember the other game vs SA at the NSS the one where people died, Zim lost, I was watching the game with the whole family, my mom is not a soccer fan but she watched the whole match, when the match was over I casually asked everyone who they thought was the man of the match, my mom from nowhere was like Peter Ndlovu of course, I said but we lost she was like noo, regardless Peter was the best player on the pitch today no question about it, that was the Great Nsukuzonke what a Marvel to watch

Tjoo, these commentators were clueless when it came to identifying players!! Peter Ndlovu scored a penalty and then called him 'Rahman Gumbo' and then a minute later 'Adam Ndlovu' lol. Such a bunch of clowns but their commentary was tops.. Hebanna!!!

In that time South Africa was not good, But South Africa was great team in 1996 to 2002.

Amazingly, Zimbabwe never won a tournament during these famed Fabisch "days". The only coach to bring a silverware post-Independent has been Sunday Marimo (whatever he calls himself these days).

Do you have ''Moses Chunga tearing the Malawians apart'' as said by Evan Mambara or was it Charles Mabika.
